Darcy has lost weight,
The paediatrician says not to worry.
Hhhmmm
Reckons it is the scales are wrong
Portable health visitor ones, and the hospital ones are quite different.
She definitely needs the surgery to cure the heart murmur
But that is next year……
The plus point yesterday was that the doc said it was time to start Darcy on the baby rice….
We were worried
We foresaw problems
No need to worry though.
She loved it.
Even grabbed the spoon I held to force more food into her mouth
PPhhewwwwww….
Only a little came back up!! Ha-ha
My baby girl is growing up
Friday and Monday I have off so will be taking Darcy probably to Hay – On – Wye ( the home of books….) ( for us, not Darcy ) and then maybe the Cotswold , we shall see….. The Cotswolds is a little like Midsummer Murders country, with a variety of shops……. Just takes a while to get there!!
This weekend we will be mostly (in Fast show Jessie style)
1) Continuing with the baby rice.
2) Trying Darcy in her next size cot.
3) Trying Darcy in the next size pushchair, (mainly facing forward now, not flat on her back )
OHHhhhh boy, it could be an interesting weekend!!

Darcy will soon put on weight now she is eating solids.
Now that she is growing up, she can join our quiz team. How could we lose to a one man team?
She is getting big! Amy lost a little bit of weight at about 12 weeks, I think it was due to a growth spurt.
